  • Forex & Cryptocurrency Exchanges
  • Travel & Ticketing Services
  • Subscription-Based Services

Merchants must disclose the nature of their business before onboarding. Failure to disclose high-risk activities may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access our Services, you must register an account. As part of the onboarding process, we require:

  • Business registration details
  • Tax identification numbers
  • Banking information
  • Compliance documentation
  • Identity verification of business owners

We may conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Payment Processing & Fees

By using our Services, you authorize us to process transactions on your behalf. Fees are structured as follows:

  • Transaction Fees: A percentage-based fee on each transaction.
  • Chargeback Fees: Fees applied for chargebacks or disputes.
  • Maintenance Fees: Applicable based on account type.

All fees will be clearly outlined in your merchant agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

High-risk industries are susceptible to chargebacks. Merchants must:

  • Implement fraud prevention measures.
  • Respond to disputes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a chargeback ratio below industry thresholds.

Excessive chargebacks may result in penalties, account suspension, or termination.

6. Compliance & Prohibited Activities

Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, including:

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements
  • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)

We strictly prohibit the use of our Services for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Money laundering
  • Sale of counterfeit goods
  • Unauthorized financial services

7. Settlement & Payouts

Settlement times vary based on risk assessment and industry type. Standard payout terms include:

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly settlements.
  • Rolling reserves may apply based on risk evaluation.
  • Delays may occur due to compliance reviews or chargeback investigations.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Your chargeback ratio exceeds acceptable limits.
  • You engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities.

Upon termination, any remaining funds may be held for a period to cover potential chargebacks or liabilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to transaction failures, delays, or technical issues.
  • Financial losses resulting from chargebacks or fraudulent activities.
  • Regulatory changes affecting your business operations.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the Services in the past six months.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Negotiation and mediation in good faith.
  • Arbitration in Wyoming, if necessary.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through email or our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
